1. Registration and Accreditation
All physicians wishing to provide consultations through Tahoor must submit the following official documents (including but not limited to):
- A copy of the medical qualification certificate.
- A valid medical practice license issued by the competent health authority within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or a recognized foreign authority.
- A copy of the national ID or passport.
The application owner reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents submitted before activating the physician’s account.
Physicians are not permitted to provide any consultation or service through the app until all registration and accreditation requirements are fully completed and approved.
2. Professional Obligations
- Physicians must perform their duties in accordance with recognized medical standards and the applicable health regulations.
- Physicians are required to maintain strict confidentiality and must not disclose any medical or personal information related to patients.
- It is strictly prohibited for physicians to issue prescriptions or recommendations beyond the scope of the consultation or in violation of applicable laws and medical regulations.
3. Limitation of Liability
- The physician bears full responsibility for the content and accuracy of the medical consultation provided through the app.
- Tahoor serves solely as an intermediary between patients and physicians and does not assume any legal or medical responsibility for the outcome of any consultation.
- The physician acknowledges full responsibility for the integrity, professionalism, and accuracy of all information, opinions, or recommendations provided through the platform.
4. Financial Transactions
- Fees and payments are managed exclusively through Tahoor in accordance with the established financial policies.
- Physicians are strictly prohibited from receiving any payments, transfers, or compensation outside the platform.
5. Suspension or Termination of Service
- The application owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate a physician’s account if any violation of regulations or misuse of the service is confirmed.
- The physician agrees not to claim any compensation in the event of suspension or termination of their account due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising in relation to the use of Tahoor or these terms shall be resolved before the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.

- The role of the application is limited to connecting patients with physicians and it bears no legal or medical responsibility for the outcomes of consultations.
- The physician acknowledges full responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and professionalism of all information and advice provided through the application.
4. Financial Transactions
- Fees and payments are managed exclusively through the application in accordance with the established policies.
- Physicians are strictly prohibited from receiving any payments or financial transfers outside the framework of the application.
5. Termination or Suspension of Service
- The application owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate a physician’s account if any violation of the regulations or misuse of the service is proven.
- The physician agrees not to claim any compensation in the event of account suspension or termination resulting from non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising shall be settled before the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
