1. Acceptance of Terms

By using, registering on, or benefiting from the services provided through this application, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these provisions, you are not authorized to use the application.

 

 

 

 

2. Nature of the Service

 

 

The application provides general remote medical consultations intended to offer users initial or guiding medical advice. This service is not a substitute for an in-person clinical examination, traditional medical diagnosis, or treatment provided in clinics or hospitals.

Users understand that the medical advice offered through the application is preliminary and does not replace an in-person consultation with a physician when necessary.

 

 

 

 

3. Limitation of Liability

 

 

• The use of this application does not establish a full doctor–patient relationship in the legal sense; it is limited to providing initial consultations or general medical opinions.
• The user acknowledges that reliance on any information or advice provided through the application is entirely at their own risk.
• The application and its service providers shall not be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for any complications or adverse outcomes resulting from the user’s implementation of recommendations without in-person consultation with a qualified physician.
• In all emergency cases (such as severe chest pain, bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening condition), users must immediately contact emergency services or proceed to the nearest hospital without relying on the application.

 

 

 

 

 

4. User Obligations

 

 

• The user must provide accurate and complete information about their medical condition and history.
• Any omission or falsification of information is the sole responsibility of the user.
• The user agrees not to misuse the application or exploit it for any unlawful or unethical purposes.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Confidentiality of Information

 

 

• The application is committed to protecting the confidentiality of users’ personal and medical information and will not share such data with any third party without the user’s explicit consent, except where legally required.
